The ERA door station shows you who is in front of your door: With ERA you not only speak to your visitor, but you also see a live image via the camera. The 180° wide-angle camera also shows people who are directly next to or below the camera. On request, ERA can even replace conventional keys: an RFID chip reader is integrated into every door station, with which you can open doors using a handy chip. Installation is child's play: thanks to IP over 2-wire BUS wiring, only a single 2-wire cable is used to send video, audio, power, and data.

Depending on which variant you have selected above, this door station is suitable for one or more families. It has illuminated bell buttons and illuminated nameplates and has a 180-degree wide-angle camera. The installation of the Balter ERA door station is relatively simple: There is a 2-wire BUS wiring, where you only have a single cable with 2 wires, which carries video & audio data as well as power at the end.

A picture says more than 1000 words. It is precisely for this reason that the Balter ERA door intercom system shows you a live image of the visitors - so that you know immediately who is at the door. The 180-degree wide-angle camera installed in the outdoor station covers almost the entire horizontal line. This allows you to see both visitors standing next to and under the camera. Even if there are several people in front of the door, you can still see everyone clearly.

Door Opening via RFID
The RFID function makes keys superfluous and allows the front door to be opened quickly and without contact - an authorized chip is simply held up to the station. If one is lost, you will simply be blocked. With a conventional lock, the entire locking system would have to be replaced to prevent a security gap. Above all, children and seniors benefit from the easy operation and high security of the RFID technology.

The 2-wire BUS IP module easily integrates 2-wire indoor and outdoor stations into IP networks and makes the devices addressable and therefore accessible in the network. In addition, thanks to the IP module, the video door intercom can even be controlled with a smartphone or tablet. This makes it possible to speak to your visitors, see them and open the door from anywhere.

Full HD 180° Ultra Wide Angle Camera
The door station has a built-in Full HD 180° ultra wide-angle camera, which guarantees a sharp image and covers the entire area in front of your front door. The two-way audio system lets you talk to your visitors even when you're on the go thanks to the Balter-ERA app.

IP over 2-Wire Technology
With the 2-wire technology, the installation of the ERA door station is extremely easy. Since two cables are enough to exchange video, audio, and power at the same time, the effort and costs are minimized right from the installation stage. If the ERA replaces an existing older door intercom system, its old cable can normally be reused. ERA not only works sustainably but also minimizes the installation costs in this case to a negligible level.

LEDs with automatic day/night switching & illuminated nameplate
The Balter ERA door intercom system automatically recognizes the onset of darkness thanks to an integrated day/night sensor, so that it independently switches the lighting on the nameplate and the bell button on and off. In addition, when a visitor rings the bell in the dark, night vision LEDs are automatically activated so that you can see exactly who is at your door, even at night. During the day, the lights are turned off to save electricity and protect the environment.
