This Unicable II LNB is based on digital channel stacking technology and enables installations with up to 32 satellite receivers connected via a single coaxial cable - also known as "dynamic" mode. In this mode, the satellite receivers can access each transponder of the received satellite.

The Unicable II LNB is backward compatible and compliant with the EN50494 and the EN50607 standard. The communication between the multi-switch and the connected Unicable receivers takes place according to EN50494 and/or EN50607, can be defined for each user band, and thus enables seamless integration into installations consisting of only EN50494-capable or a mix of EN50494/EN50607-compatible PVRs and Next generation HGWs.
The mode of operation (dynamic/static), output power level, channel bandwidth, UB frequencies, and dish alignment mode are all programmable.
The LNB can be powered by a connected STB or with an AC/DC adapter via a power inserter if the STB is unable to provide the required power.
